Shop
I am working on new pieces of bespoke and hand-made jewellery all the time. Please come to view them in my shop.
Unit B, Cobblestone Walk, High Street, Steyning, West Sussex.
Open Thursdays and Fridays.

Commissions
If you wish to commission a piece, please bear in mind that it can take some weeks to produce a finished item. Allow enough time if this is to be for a particular occasion e.g. birthday, anniversary etc. Prices of commissioned pieces on application, a deposit may be required for some items. If you have any questions about commissioning a piece please contact me.

Payment
Cheques should be made payable to Caroline Donovan. Postage and packing is not included and will be added to the overall cost. All items will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery, a signature is required upon delivery. Please specify where you wish your items to be delivered to.

Refunds, Exchanges and Repairs
If you are unhappy with your item please contact me. I would be happy to accept returns, providing these are in original condition and undamaged. A full refund or, an exchange for an item of the same value could be offered. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns that have been deliberately damaged, worn inappropriately or tampered with.
